I'm gonna go with Shuma on this but I will see what others say.....

Shuma Gorath. But I would like to see someone who be with Gaea, based on her apperance in Chaos War.

Shuma's gonna take the earth in this one.

Shuma stomps, there is big misconception about CW Hercules, he was already insanely powerful before Gaeas amp, he basically solod the entire Council of Godheads (excluding Odin and Zeus), teleported Galactus against his will and froze Chaos King in time before he heard Zeus yell and lost concentration without Gaes power. Gaea only gave him power to create life which Hercules used his powers to amp that so he can recreate the multiverse. Gaeas only legit feat is team busting the Defenders, if she was as powerful as people think she is shes wouldnt have been captured by Dormammu.

And yeah, if wasn't for Stephen and Clea, Gaea wouldn't even be able to get out of Dormammu's prison.

Shuma-Gorath's attack on Earth in Strange Tales Vol 2 was a large factor in leaving Gaea severely weakened later during the Inferno event.

Imagine an actual battle between the two. Gaea would get roflstomped.
