Well the only attack Dosu has is the melody arm that he used against Lee and chouji and it has to make contact, seeing as he already knows he's an oto nin he would be cautious. He also has the Sharingan though not the 3 tomoe yet he can still use it to avoid contact and take him out from a distance. Sasuke takes this 8/10

Dosu wrecked Lee, so why should Sasuke be any different.

sound cant be stopped with these but dosu can just hide/dodge sasukes attacks and stomp him with sound attacks, again sasuke has no way to escape a sound attack.

This is Dosu not Zaku..he can't just blast soundwaves from a distance.

Zaku used wind not sound waves and sasuke cant tag Dosu with those. He could dodge until they both run out of chakra or sasuke comes in for close combat (which he always does) and gets sound blitzed.
