this fight depends on how much faster are netero's punches than the speed of sound.
seriously HXH showed feats beyond the speed of sound ever since they introduced nen.
kurapika was stopping bullets from machine guns using his chain like they were nothing. i think it should be at least 5 times faster than the speed of sound.
gon was able to dodge an opponent that was charging at him at the speed of sound without nen and he withstood its attack.
saying that netero's punches are faster than sound is nothing special.
regardless of this, i think netero and meruem would win this fight.
Sanji and Vergo win this. They have the two basic Haki and if Sanji managed to dodge a Katakuri attack and move so fast that none of the Furnaces would notice his presence, then he could certainly face Netero (Meruem too, of course).
