even if we highball saitama to the absolute max, he still won't go all out on a hero. thats not who he is.

highballed saitama can't be hurt or scratched but you can still budge him. for example juggernaut's big thing is you cant move him. no matter what you try. so saitama being kicked to the moon means you CAN bfr him, if its necessary to. again counting on the fact he wont initially take you on at 100%. SS should be able to send him so far away it takes saitama 100 years to get back.
