Thor did kill everyone he knows though so he is ruthless also.

For me, there is a posibility of a tie, both are STUPIDLY powerful, there is no way to know who can win this.

There both my joint favorites probably so its a completely unbiases arguement, right now i'm gonna say RKT. 
 
Is Herc alot more powerful than Zeus ? 
Is RTK alot more powerful than Odin ? 
 
Lets say Odin and Zeus are about equal (i know its debatable that its Odin etc. but if either is they're not by much so .) Whoever is stronger than their father byu most is probably more powerful.

What are RLT best feats compared to Skyfather Herc feats?

Galactus also never really imposed his will against Herc teleporting him. What Herc did was impressive, because he tracked, located, and teleported something that might have automatic defenses against general teleportation. Galactus should be immune to such actions and if he isn't, he must have attempted to resist but failed? This example of Hercs power could be potentially impressive, or potentially vanilla.

Thor is lacking in feats so its hard to say but it does state that he is way more powerful then Odin and he seems a lot wiser and has much greater control over his power so I give it to Thor. 

Hercules does come off as the veritable "bull in a China shop" but this level of power he's been granted is far beyond anything any Earthy god from any and all pantheons has ever had.  He now has power that puts him on the same level as Eternity and other such abstracts, thus putting him above Rune King Thor.   
 
In their classic forms, Hercules and Thor were close in strength (with Hercules slightly stronger,imo), but Thor was easily more powerful overall because of his weapon and elemental powers.  Rune King Thor was amped by receiving the Odin-force and then even more wisdom through greater sacrifice than Odin.  This power-level seems to have been above Odin's and thus sky-father level, but not as high as the 'abstract' level Hercules is currently at.    
 
Hercules wins this because he is far more powerful than RKT.

 Powerful enough to empower a number of Earth's heroes to be able to fly and breathe in space. Teleport Galactus of note, and also many other characters to where he wanted them to be, his location. Unintentionally causes Earth quakes just by being, in a fit started smacking around some other godheads/sky fathers, but they didn't really seem to be fighting back, maybe out of surprise or because they are a bit stuffy. Word of god aka the writer, has stated he is the most powerful skyfather ever. Though many tend to take issue with this particular word of gods statements and opinions. Recently we also discovered Hercules wasn't using his powers to the fullest, so there is probably more to come in issue 5 of Chaos War.   Thor. Thor stopped the Ragnorak cycle which meant going against the Ones Who Sit in the Shadow and Look Imposing Because The Color Scheme Is Inverted So It Looks Like They Are On Black Paper And Their Outlines Are Made Out Of White Ink, who couldn't stop him. He casually blocked Mangog's attacks, and undid him, feeling sorry for him, instead of hurting him. He plucked Loki's head off and carried around as a talking purse. I think he made Surtur to wet himself as well, I think. (aha its funny because he is a fire demon)  Herc was kinda by plot device. Vali and Cho and Thor gathered various items from myth combined them, Cho got über powerful and gave that power to Herc.  "
