RoTS sidious vs Valkorion

Someone brought up Valkorion's (or was it vitiate's?) planet-draining feat as evidence that his power surpasses sidious. Is this enough to override the WoGs about sidious being the strongest sith in history? @shootingnova

Sidious wins. Considerably more powerful, and fast enough to close the distance.

Canon or Legends Palpatine? Either way, doesn't change the answer imo.

Sidious wins. Arguably better TK and lightning, considerably better speed. While Valk has a larger powerset it won't use him much here to his inability to keep distance except via teleportation.
