Ronan lands on Earth and threatens the people in Detroit to become his slaves, then Ultron saw Ronan on the news and was like ''I am the one to conquer this world'' then he goes to Detroit and they start fighting

Round 1. No space gem and no vibranium

Round 2. Space gem allowed for Ronan and vibranium for Ultron

What feats does normal Ronan have that puts him above a Vibranium Ultron?

Vibranium Ultron > Thor > Hulk > Tony (Hulk Buster) > Ronan (Normal)

Vibranium Ultron would beat normal Ronan, however normal Ronan is fighting normal Ultron here, while vibranium Ultron is fighting Power-Gem Ronan. The Power-Gem was shown to be capable of planet-busting attacks. Vibranium, as durable as it is, was damaged by a lot less then that.

Does ultron have acces to the Internet and the rest of the known universe as per guardians of the Galaxy so he can gather Intel on Ronan while they are having their standoff? Cause if so he could find a weakness and exploit it being that he is a super computer that can gather information at an extreme rate and use it accordingly.

Round 1: ronan wins, he has greater striking, fighting skills and durability. Ultron's beams would do nothing but push him back.

Round 2: ronan wins, his power output would match and likely surpass (actually definitely surpass) the tri beam from vision, thor and iron man. I'm pretty sure the power is unlimited, the amount released just depends upon the size of the organic object being struck( for that particular attack) but for a general attack, like when he fired the energy beam at the nova corps energy shield r the force beam seemed quite powerful but obviously could be augmented.

Ronan wins the first round by the skin of his teeth , but he stomps Ultron in the second round .
