What a lot of people don't understand is that boxing requires more than just knowing how to throw a punch; like every other sport, it requires technique and discipline. It doesn't matter how good at combat Rambo is, he would lose to Rocky every time is Rocky knew the sport and Rambo didn't.

Rambo doesn't have much H2H feats. He loses all but the last round, which could go either way.

I'm not aware of any feats from Rambo that suggests he could win against Rocky in a H2H fight.
