This is pointless..... you are essentially asking Wind Vs Rock. Juggernaut will never touch red tornado, and red can never harm juggernaut no matter how hard the other tries.

Not really, red is essentially a wind elemental. Thundering clapping Red should be comparable to drowning Aquaman. What I'm trying to say is if Red can easily avoid any and all of Jug attacks.
