Whoa, I'm surprised no one's responding to this thread. I'd say Thor can win this if he doesn't engage in a 100% physical fight with Rulk.

@sirfizzwhizz: Thor will build an underground acid station and trap hulk inside, then Thor will slam the floor with his hammer, causing a massive earthquake, trapping hulk deep underground to die a suffocating death.

I wanna say Thor. Red Hulk is stronger but not as versatile.

Ultimate Thor. Unlike 616 Odinson, Ult Thor doesn't fight like an idiot.

I don't how durable ultimate thor is, but rulk was shaking North America with his hits not too long ago.

Thor been slammed into the core of the planet in seconds by Magneto, and then return from th earth just as quickly in Magma. He also no sold blows form Supreme Power's Hyperion. He is pretty tough.

Also what Red Hulk did is no better than say this feat.

Warmachine and Tyron Cash are inferior to Iron Man and Hulk respectively, second rate, but Warmachine armor held up to country shaking blows of Cash. Warmachine was still flight and fight able after that too.

@sirfizzwhizz: I'd say it is. Seeing as he was shaking hellicariers that were in the sky and moleman thought his base was under attack because the tremors were so bad. And he wasn't connecting with the ground at all, whereas cash is delivering a double hammerfist war machines head which connects with the ground.
