Who would win?

Raven ranges anywhere from universal to omniversal, and I need to know if I am able to apply her morals off feats / White Raven feats . If you wish me to post feats for Raven I an do so , but you need to apply feats for sonic so I can make judgment here.

Raven, I know Archie sonic verse is nutty but I doubt they made Silver do anything too impressive

Sorry for the lateness of my comment. (The simple thing Comic Vine can't even do is notify the user if any comments were made on a post) You may apply her moral feats, go completely all out with Raven with anything she has, the skies the limit. Same will be done for Silver. And yes, please post feats for Raven, I will very much appreciate it and I will also do so for Silver.

. Raven ( who again is considered weak until; /full potential Her power levels fluctuate according to the plot. If the plot requires that someone looks stronger or prevail, she won't use her powers for some reason, or her powers will be as low as the plot requires so she loses. Otherwise, I suppose she will be too overpowered and end the plot right away. Theoretically, she can simply take over the world and make everyone comply. In her kinda evil future self (Titans of Tomorrow story) she simply drained of emotions everyone in more than half of America and make them do whatever she wished. Another time she easily restrained Superman with her magic, was almost about to kill him actually.

2. Abilities Raven from Pre -52/ New 52 can be considered a full psionic possessing empathy, telepathy, precognition, telekinesis, Teleportation, Time Travel, healing, Arcane Knowledge, Astral-Projection,Heightened sense of spatial-awareness, Immunity to temporal manipulation, Magic, creation of illusions, intangibility, empowering of others, blasts of magic, nullification of powers and more, energy projection ,Darkness Manipulation,Precognition(limited)Seeding,Time Manipulation, soul control, soul self, Reality Warping , also can summon demonic monsters , and 4Raven is a door to heaven and hell

As White Raven, she rather easily contains and controls entire universes of souls and summoned emotions from everyone who lives, from the entire omniverse, filter through them and finds a single person she was looking for. Here you have some statements about her peak implied power (which range from universal to more than universal to "can do anything", including at some point, surpassing trigon and these are mentioned through all her history and various incarnations) She (as physical body) was killed anyway couple times, including with energy blasts, yet her soul didn't suffer at all, keep her the same powers and was able to do same things with them. Psycho had produced a grand scale mind illusion that tricked everybody, including Manchester Black and even Raven at first, who had entered Black mind to search for something Titans were looking for and saw and feel that riots and all the nasty scary prisoners rampage there. Manchester Black is a telepath at least as good or even arguably more powerful than Martian Manhunter, yet he still falls to Psycho mind illusion. He also consider that he needs someone like Despero, another telepath that is arguably more powerful than Martian (plus his own team, that included magic users as Claryon, or some like Power Girl or Wondergirl among few others) to try to take down for good the Titans, of which only Raven had at the time empathic/telepathic powers Then Psycho made the mistake to enter in Raven mind, believing he can do that as she was too exhausted and unconscious. The result was very nasty for him as he wasn't welcomed there and even in that state, Raven had take him down with impunity.

7. As evil Raven she casually one-shotted her brothers (who had taken from Trigon enough power to destroy Raven, her world, and the universe) and didn't seem to have a use for that power for herself, she just wanted to transfer it into the Titans to transform them in her evil companions and servants to rule the world at her side. 8. .Raven (not even evil and full out this time) had put the Justice League in time stasis while simultaneously she was mind controlling her Titans team by showing them an illusion in their minds. The League was inadvertently messing up with her attempts to stop Trigon at that time (Zatanna especially had to get it all wrong and made the others reject Raven demands or requests for help), and the Titans were under mind control iirc, trying to kill the JL. Raven just teleported on JL tower while they were fighting there and one shotted the League while in the same time showing the Titans an illusion in their minds, to break their previous mind control directive (placed by Psimon I think). 12 .The Anti-Monitor at his peak of a rampage through the multiverse considered both Raven or Phobia before to eventually use Psycho-Pirate for his plans, someone who he regarded as truly inferior. The AM couldn't find Raven and was running out of time, and neither the Monitor could find Raven at that time, she was either somehow out of DC multiverse (maybe in some Trigon realm that is out or not part of DC multiverse) either was powerful and skilled enough to hide herself from both Monitors which is an incredible feat as well

13 .Raven vs Darkseid, the closest thing we have for comparison.Amazons, empowered by the energies of their creators and pantheons of gods, and the spirits of their fallen, focus all those energies and powers and Raven absorb them all. Then she absorbs and contain both Wonder Woman (the goddess of truth) and Darkseid and channel all those energies in Darkseid to re-empower him. However, she also takes a part of WW soul and fuses it in Darkseid soul, without he even realize whats going on. 16 Also, the Presence/the Source personally forced Raven to flee from the Heaven gates (she teleported there with an entire team piercing with no problems through the protective veil of all the angel armies after she absorbed the power of Zauriel holy sword). Right after that the Archangel Michael (and here there aren't any doubts it was him) shows up there and admonished angel Zauriel for even thinking that the daughter of Trigon will be permitted to enter Heaven. The same holy sword had given some nasty wounds to Spectre with his more powerful host ever, angel leader Asmodel, yet Raven managed to absorb its power and merge it with her soul self. And that was still moral on Raven who usually doesn't use her full potential.

17 Raven had fought someone using that mask and despite the item huge power (even multiversal capacities) she defeated her opponent and destroyed the mask. Then I think some scientists remade it sometime later, using those schematics. It happened in first Raven miniseries, have a weird art, I saw it long ago but don't remember much how it happened

18. Raven has millions of people barring amongst her mind, and that is something that he deals with every day.
