If Raiden Was At Thor 616 Level Then He Would Win Or Be A Draw But He's Not So Thor Takes the Vicory Here.

I doubt that. They're from different universes/realms, in the end, it's a matter of who has the best use/ability of their powers, and again, with Mjolnir, Thor would take it, handily!"
