Legends Vos loses. I don't see him being able to match Vader, if we're going by more modern depictions where Vader isn't just a shadow of himself anymore in ANH.

Quinlan's only chance of winning if he gets a lucky PIS victory like he did against Dooku in DD who "over extended"...
