Fox quicksilver. Although I really liked the MCU one.

to be fair the ones that kill him are way faster than the ones Fox's stopped. And if you mean the one that hit him in the arm, he wasn't looking. In general if Marve's isn't using his speed he sees bullets also slow.

Gonna go with Quicksilver.

Fox Quick Silver was all around better (actor/role)

He would have zero trouble pummeling his asthmatic counterpart, cause MCU QS gets winded after a short burst.

and afteer the new x-men comes out, this will likely be a massive steamroll style stomp
