Quasar has already beaten Adam Warlock. Quasar drained him of his power.

I am going with Quasar.
He can drain whole stars, drain people in nanosecond, create shields that can take shots from Gladiator or Thor. IMO Warlock is too weak physcially and his attacks won't defeat Quasar fast enough to give him win.
@krleavenger: So he is around Wonder Woman Tier?
@thekinfing: You are always here to make me laugh bro :)
As far as I remember, current Warlock one shotted Quasar.
@green_skaar: Yeah I think it was that scan. It was not overall an energy blast but he took him down quite easily.
@krleavenger: Doesn't even need to drain him. Could just do this.
@lord-parallax: Yeah I know. It is from the same issue. And I never said he has to. Although I mixed it up with Surfer. Quasar has greater durability then Surfer so Warlock should need at least 2 or 3 blasts to KO Surfer.
I honestly don't see it playing out the same when Warlock got an obvious sneak attack whilst they were focusing on Thanos. If warlock wins its by the skin of his teeth here if at all.
Let's not take things out of context here though. While your scans of Adam zapping Quasar are great, it doesn't show what actually happened. What actually happened was that Quasar had Adam restrained and could have easily began feeding him punches, or squeezed his body with the restraints. Instead he turned his back on Warlock to focus on the bigger threat, Thanos. Once distracted by Thanos, Warlock did his thing and KO'd Quasar. Using those scans in favor of Warlock here should be reconsidered.

I'm well aware of the context of the scan, and all it shows it Adam had no problem one shotting Quaser even when restrained.

Indeed it does. But why aren't you acknowledging the fact that Quasar turned his back on the restrained Adam to focus on Thanos? And that if he hadn't done this, Quasar could have instead hammered Adam in a number of ways while he was restrained?
Adam Warlock wins.
Quasar can mess with Warlock more than vice versa: his energy manip would force him to work off physicals alone, which he doesn't really excel at.
By comparison the same situation occurred when Vulcan drained Warlock of all of his energies in a few seconds: Warlock only managed to throw in some quick strikes because Vulcan can't really smack people around in h2h. Quasar is far improved by comparison.
