Punisher VS. Deadpool

Their at the top of weapons master who do you think would win?

The one that can't die.

Deadpool. I don't think it'd be even close. Punisher is cool and all, but there's no way he's just human.

Not if Garth Ennis wrote it. He hates superheroes.

I don't see Punisher killing Deadpool but I can see Punisher tricking him perhaps but then again if we are talking Deadpool with bodyslide ability Punisher really does not stand a chance.

He doesn't need to be able to bodyslide.

I don't want to sound like a broken record in this topic, but Deadpool ties Punisher's legs up to a moped and drives him down an alley full of broken beer bottles and crack pipes.

If DP couldn't bodyslide and heal, I'd say Punisher. Unfortunately for our misguided friend, he can. Deadpool all the way.

Deadpool doesn't just have healing on his side, he has teh skillz.

Without the healing, Punisher's training, better weaponry, and slightly more sanity would get him the win. But Deadpool heals and he can bodyslide. Wham.

That's not true, I'd say Frankie's crazier than Deadpool is. Punisher's mourning over his dead family, but he doesn't realize that they never really existed... see, none of it is really happening. There's a man, with a type-writer, everything that happens is all his twisted imagination. Deadpool knows this, so in a sense, Deadpool's the most sane of all the Marvel characters.

But Deadpool fought both Luke Cage and Iron Fist at the same time, and they weren't doing very good.

Deadpool has fought and beaten Taskmaster in a straight-up fight each time they've went at it.

Deadpool was treating the Secret Avengers like rookies (Goliath, Iron Fist, Falcon, Hercules, amongst others).

Deadpool beat Kraven the Hunter.

Deadpool traded off pretty evenly with Spider-Man.

Deadpool and Black Panther fought pretty evenly, and the Avengers were having a very difficult time with him (She-Hulk, Giant-Man, Wasp, Black Panther).

Deadpool whupped Generation-X's butts.

DareDevil got his butt handed to him by Deadpool too.

Cable isn't a match for Deadpool without his telekinesis.

Deadpool manhandeled Sabretooth.

Deadpool also has a 3-1 victory over Wolverine... and that's only because Deadpool didn't want to fight anymore the one time.

In an alternate reality, Deadpool killed all of the mutants except Wolverine, Sunfire, Banshee, and Northstar, who were all hiding from him in Japan. And it's unknown if this version of Deadpool even had a healing factor.

I'd list more, but I think that's impressive enough.

People underestimate Wade because he's crazy and they don't take him seriously. He's actually ridiculously skilled in the art of killing.

And maiming, don't forget maiming.

Who could forget maiming? I thought it was a given.

From few Graphic novels I have seen of Deadpool the only reason I say Punisher if Wade does not have his bodyslide ability is because Wade seems to be more of a balls to the wall fighter with little regard to planning. Punisher on the other hand tends to plan out his attack doing recon and surveillance. So with the healing factor taken into account Castle stands a chance but a slim one.

Exactly. Since Deadpool can heal and bodyslide, he would blow Punisher into small pieces. But without it, Punisher's planning, intelligence, recon, surveillance, etc., would get him the win.

Well even with the heal Deadpool is gonna have problems with Castle. Castle would take that into account but the Bodyslide would be something hard for him to deal with. It would be interesting to see the fight though.

I agree. Anyone with an M-60 at least has a chance.

That "planning" thing would only work for Punisher if Deadpool was his next target, but I believe that Deadpool would be far too unpredictable. But Deadpool is a skilled tactitian when times call for it.

And how exactly are people taking Deadpool's teleporting into account? As in escaping, or doing an impersonation of Nightcrawler?

I just remembered something else, Gambit paid off Deadpool so he wouldn't have to fight him. When asked why, Gambit said that fighting Deadpool is comparable to suicide.

Gambit's a hell of a fighter, and then there are his powers.

Punisher isn't afraid of anything, not even Deadpool. But Deadpool, please don't slip into the depths of fanboyness. Just because I think Batman could take Martian Manhunter doesn't mean I can't criticize your DP crazyness.

I wasn't saying that Punisher should be afraid, I just think that Gambit acknowledged Deapool's abilities.

Just because Frank isn't afraid of Deadpool doesn't mean Deadpool won't beat him. He isn't being a fanboy, Deadpool would win.

I'll admit that I find Deadpool annoying at times (he's supposed to be) but he can take multiple bullets. Frank can't.

I'm pretty sure the Punisher will come through. Punisher pretty much owns Wolverine everytime they meet, so healing factor is not new to Punisher.

I think the only major problem would be the bodyslide thing.

cable bodyslides deadpool teleports and most of the time deadpool doesnt teleport when in a fight not even against the juggernat bitch

If that doesnt do it idk what will. Deadpool would murder punisher. I mean slit his throat, ripp out his spine, shove him in a shredder, and piss on him later kind of murder. And even without powers(body slide & healing factor) Wade would win(although it would be alot closer) Just becaus the man is insane doesnt mean he doesnt have any skills. Dont get me wrong i like Punisher but lets be real for a second he cant beat Deadpool(one of my all time favs). Its like putting Beak against Blackbolt, you know who is going to win, BLACKBOLT. If Punisher was going after DP, he could beat him. He could set up a trap, distraction, pull off a head shot, disarm him,, tie him up, gag him (he has to say "bodyslide" to do it). That's a win. DP doesn't have to die to be beaten. I do agree however that the odds are stacked highly in DP's favor, but this would really need a scenario to be established.

no not deadpool... well it didn't show deadpool... he killed the hulk, i think he killed cap too? i cant remember? kills heaps, its quite cool... and plays at how easy some of the chararcters could so easily be defeated... hulk was a simple kill... he followed the hulk, placed a homing becon on him then waited for him to change into banner, then shot banner while he was asleep in an alleyway.

The fight is over. Punisher wakes up but he cant see. Something is on his face. He grabs it. Its the skull from his chest.Deadpool cut it out and threw it on his face, then luckily for Punisher,Deadpool walked away.And thats only because i like Punisher.
