Punishers are all armed with a sawed barrel shotgun, M-4, and 1911 .45. Cap has shield and 1911 .45.

Start 100 feet apart in a city setting.

Punishers easily. He'd beat any of them one on one, but putting the three of them all against him at the same time with M-4's is gunna be too much for him.

I say Punishers take it in a good fight.

Punisher's take it. Their gear and skill with the gear give them a large majority of wins. I don't think Cap can dodge or block gun fire from all 3 shooting at him from different angles.

30 meters in a (I'm assuming with cover but it probably doesn't matter) city setting is not enough for the Punisher's to make something happen. As soon as he gets within striking distance it's over.

Even then he doesn't really have to close, a shield throw will incapacitate one or more of them.

Cap really hasn't faced any real good marksman yet. Kinda-sorta Bucky was, but he never really used his ranged combat very well. Thomas Jane really wasn't that amazing of a marksman either though considering he was supposed to be an adaptation of an amazing marksman. Still though, this is too many bullets to hide from behind a shield. He would probably beat any combination of two of them though, but I don't think all three is likely.

War Zone Punisher and either of the other two would be enough for a good fight. Against all three Cap will just be overwhelmed.

Cap likely loses after taking 1 Punisher out. He's great at tactics and blocking bullets with the shield, but three opponents with that much firepower, that good of accuracy, and a good deal of tactical ability are most likely going to get their hits in on him. They are going to have overlapping sectors of fire, and likely there will be traps and explosives in play as well. Cap giving up the shield in this situation is not advised. When he moves to take any one of the Punishers out he becomes vulnerable to the others most likely. I'm not sure how much ammo the Punishers are packing for each gun, but if he can outlast their bullets he takes the win. If he recognizes that and is able to draw the fight out long enough to deplete their ammo he can do alright, otherwise he's in trouble. Overall though it is an uphill fight for Cap, and one I can't see him winning more than 3/10 times.

Steve is the same guy who is on Bucky's level. If a couple of idiots with machine guns was all it took to stop the Winter Soldier, I'm pretty sure S.H.I.E.L.D would have beaten him with no trouble.

Let me know when the non Avenger SHIELD agents have even a quarter of feats these 3 do. Then you can make such a claim.

Yeah, that's pretty ridiculous. There's perhaps a handful of SHIELD agents at best who can even come close to matching feats with the Punishers in guerilla warfare, prep, tactics, and firepower.

Besides, most SHIELD agents had never even seen Winter Soldier before. He was considered a ghost story before the events of The Winter Soldier. Black Widow is the only agent who is confirmed to have encountered him before that movie.

Cap won't be able to defend against three capable gunmen at once, especially when these gunmen have free reign of a large area to set up a trap for Cap instead of taking him on in an enclosed space. I'd give them the advantage in a head to head gun fight as well, because unlike the fodder in the MCU the Punishers won't use caps shield as a target instead of shooting his exposed areas. Seriously when is someone going to get the bright idea to aim at Cap's legs? I mean sure he can curl up into a ball for full cover, but he only did that once against Bucky. The rest of the time he just puts his shield in front of his torso and hopes for the best.

@thenaughtytitan: In his final fight with Cap, Bucky has the bright idea to shoot him high and low, and guess what...it worked. Not surprising considering he can only simultaneously cover a set amount of space with the shield, so if you shoot two areas outside that radius then he can only block one.

the way I see it, take away even a single Punisher here (doesn't matter) and Cap wins, but Cap can't take on all the Franks at one time, and they win this one in the end.
