Even with his "negative speed force" powers (gigantic eye roll here), Thawne seems to only be a bit above Barry in speed. Sure, he uses dirty tricks but so does Zolomon.
Zolomon on the other hand blows Wally out of the water when it comes to speed. Professor Zoom probably isn't fast enough to even see Zoom at his top speeds.
professor zoom can time travel sure, but zolomon's outside of time, which means he's not affected by time, no matter how fast professor zoom moves zolomon's can always make himself faster than professor zoom.
THIS IS FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW HOW FAST HE CAN GO AND TO THINK BETTER ABOUT THEIR THREADS AND BATTLES INVOLVING ZOLOMON: well acording to Zolomon's power description and what he has shown to do, he can move from point A to point B in zero seconds. Theres nothing faster than getting from one place to another in zero time, NOTHING AT ALL. So in all of exsistance in any reality of any universe in any era, in any company (DC, Marvel etc..) he is second to none and others can only hope to tie him when it comes to how long it takes to move from one place to another. I really hope that helps out the ignorance that used to be going around (dont know if it still is).

Wally is significantly faster than Thawne. He sent him running scared at the end of Return of Barry Allen. Thawne came in after Wally had been fighting for several issues and managed to do okay against Wally. He certainly didn't school him.

before Professor Zoom died he was manipulating time in a way very similar to Zoom, sucking the youth out of people, and traveling back in time on a dime.

You're asking for scans from the end of the issue that you're posting scans from. Wally wins at the end of that story. I'll see if I can find the scans but I've switched laptops and haven't replaced my Flash files yet.
Hunter Zolomon, because he isn't 'fast', he controls time. And when you control time, your opponents speed is pretty much negligible (Wally managed because he was boosted to the same levels).
Wally gets his second wind and pushes himself harder, allowing him to trash Zoom.
This isn't the whole story but you'll get the idea.
Yea i remember this now. Right after Zoom trashes Green Lantern and friends, Wally says something about how he was holding back at first. but you do exagerate a wee bit aren't you? Wally was just able to fight back. he never "sent him running scared", he just had to trick Zoom to running back into his own time with the cosmic treadmill.@Billy Batson said:

Okay, i read back over them. I think you misunderstood what i said. Idk where you got Zolomon out of it because i said Professor Zoom was sucking youth out of people and you said "Zoom never sucked youth".
