Backing team 1, Vos loses to whoever he goes up against, while Maul and Dooku beat anybody except Mace for a strong majority.

I'll goo with team 1, largely because the differential between the obvious pairings (Dooku/Windu, Grievous/Kenobi, Maul/Vos) is mostly equal-ish in the first two instances, but Maul outclasses Vos by a decent amount. Or, to look at a different pairing, Maul/Kenobi is also close, but Grievous would probably beat Vos. Of course this all assumes the Jedi don't use the force on Grievous like always.

I suppose team 1's synergy ought to be awful, and I hear Vos is pretty powerful in DD.

Aside from that, if Windu or Kenobi had an opportunity to TK Grievous, maybe off a building or some such, they could take out Dooku and Maul while Grievous scuttles back.

Realistically, though, team 1 probably takes the majority with a dueling/power advantage.

Vos is being underrated like a bitch lol. In canon he bested Grievous and Dooku with Ventress help. In Legends he beat Sora Bulq, that other powerful Sith whose name escapes me, and still has the canon feats mention before with Legends.

Vos getting no respect lol.

Team 1. Dooku and Windu's duel would last pretty long along with Kenobi and Grievious's, but I see Maul beating Quinlan and then going on to defeat Kenobi and they all dogpile Windu together.

When was that? Was it in Dark Disciple? I'm trying to look it up and that seems to be the only reference I can find, in which case I don't remember that encounter so I can't comment. But it's true that I wasn't thinking of that version of him, and by Dark Disciple he was pretty powerful, so using that version he could do well here regardless.
