every one here is probably thinking MM.....and thus understandable, but dr manhattan has the same power the MM does( well, kind of.....).....

So the scenario.......

Jon Osterman is disgusted with pathetic earth and finds refuge on mars.....He builds himself a clock like building as his home.......

MM has just defeated the justice league because, lets face it, they can't handle pre retcon MM......

looking for a challenge, he is told that Dr Manhattan a fair challenge.....by Martian Manhunter.....before Pre retcon MM vaporises J'onn.....

he appears on mars and the battle begins.....
