yes but kal is the strongest superman to date (and most of his powers were weak at the time he used them) and darkseid was still beat by the pre crisis superman so putting kal and PC sups would stomp him.
Kal Kent has traditional Kryptonian powers, psionic powers (like telekinesis, hypnosis, and telepathy), and 5th dimensional powers. He could probably take PC Darkseid by himself.
