It sort of depends on if the Pokemon choose to use some of their hax. If so, Dialga, Celebi, and Mew become rather overpowered. I don't know much about Xerneas.
If it goes like in the games/in-character, no crazy hax.
Mewtwo wins; superior stats.
Darkrai has a type advantage, and Dark Void can be pretty hax. Then again, Lugia could use safeguard like in his movie appearance. Either way.

After that, Mewtwo probably loses against Darkrai/Lugia, but it could go either way.
Dialga wins, unless Rayquaza's mega.

With hax:
Celebi spams copies of itself and goes all "force of nature." It probably wins, barring mind-control from the offset.
Similar to the first one, either way. Darkrai has various ways of hiding in shadows, combined with powerful moves, but Lugia has incredible power.
No idea, but Dialga's time control is still pretty potent.
Mew could transform into Kyurem or something, so he probably wins, but it could still go either way.
Celebi likely beats Lugia/Darkrai, despite the type-advantage. Still, Darkai and Lugia both have various area-of-effect abilities.

Actually, since it's win by death, Celebi, Darkrai, Mewtwo, and Lugia are the only ones who nearly died (though Mewtwo and Lugia less so), so Pokeinvulnerability extends to the others. Of course, if Dialga dies, Pokedex suggests that time stops, so Dialga wins by default.
