@uberhikari: I was not arguing that DBZ characters are necessarily lightspeed, I was pointing out that your counterexamples involving spit and talking were simply not very good ones.
Also, is there any practical reason you feel the need to type out all 9 digits of c instead of simply using something like 3e8 m/s? I've seen several people do things like this lately, and it strikes me as one of the most pointlessly tedious things you could type out. For all practical purposes, you will still get essentially the same result if you round it off.
