Ozymandias vs V (movie versions)

Ozymandias from the "Watchmen" movie vs V from the "V for Vendetta" movie.

Both have standard outfits (V doesn't have bulletproof plate). V has 2 knives. Ozy holds Evey captive and V holds Bubastis captive.

Battle in an empty street at night. Start 1.5 meters (5 feet) apart. No prep.

V has impressive skills with knives, both in hand to hand and in ranged combat. He also has impressive durability, at least in terms of continuing to fight after suffering damage.

Ozymandias has even more impressive hand to hand skills as well as incredible speed, timing and precision, as evidenced by his bullet catching feat. He's also more intelligent, managing to out maneuver a god for the fate of the world and survive, where V died to overthrow a corrupt government.

Ozymandias's advantages in speed should protect him from V's throwing knives. If he can catch a bullet he can deal with the knives. In hand to hand combat things are a little closer, but Ozy should win here as well due to his speed, precision, skill and intelligence.

I think Ozymandias should win. Better speed, agility, and H2H as stated above.

V has amazing movement and reaction speeds in the movie. Ozy has caught a bullet but V has killed a number of soldiers (at least 10, don't remember the exact number) before they could reload their pistols. And the closest one was at least 10 meters away.

Kind of unfair taking away something of V's but nothing of Ozy's?

Only thing V has over Ozy is multiple weapons and possibly durability.

@pr0metheus: Weapons are irrelevant, you see what happened to Comedian when he went at Ozy with a knife? Durability? Also irrelevant, it's not like V's gonna actually hit Ozy.

He caught one bullet by predicting where she was going to shoot. Batman,Daredevil and Captain America have all casually dodged bullets and that i know of even a few instances of Daredevil reflecting Sniper Bullets yet they are all still tagged by punches from normal humans.

I'm not saying V wins (he doesn't) but this isn't Spiderman vs Superman like you're making it out to be.

And for the record, Batman Daredevil and Captain America would all stomp V, too.
