How? SBP and Despero are enough to beat Odin while the rest manage to stall Thanos. After Odin is finished, Thanos gets stomped

@darkbiscuit: I only see one, Black Adam. And he's enough to handle Thanos for a few moments. Everyone else here is much more powerful than him. Black Adam and SBP are enough to beat down Thanos honestly and the rest can beat Odin in time.

Thanos by himself would give them a good fight. Add Odin and its a near stomp.

@costy21: You're backwards, SBP and Black Adam would beat Thanos, H'El could help if he needed to. Odin, the stronger one is matched by Alan Scott and Darkseid, add the others and Odin puts up a fight but ultimately goes down. Hard.

Adam, h'el, and despero get curbed by odin, and thanos holds off the other two until odins done and he cleans up the scraps.

Despero + darkseid = thanos loses

black adam + darkseid = thanos loses

superboy prime= thanos loses

these are 3 different teams barring the rest than can take out thanos.

But for this fight, the best strategy is.

Despero + darkseid beat thanos. While superboy prime who is highly resistant to magic, backed by the powerful magical being in black adam , backed by alan scott,hiel etc would beat odin.

Odin put alot of effort just to put down thanos in a 1 on 1, despite the fact that thanos was just tanking his attacks and barely fighting back. Superboy prime alone > thanos. Give him more powerful back ups and thanos goes down.

Also now that I read OP, I though that a good amount of people said that GLC would win agaisnt Thanos and Odin, not sure were you got that they stomped them...

Superboy prime can tank magical attacks from mordu who is a skyfather level being.

Odin will have his hands full with him alone as superboy is stronger, faster and near immune to magical attacks.

Darkseid and despero combination is more than enough to beat thanos.

Prime, black adam h'el and alan scott beats odin and even then, darkseid and despero can still join the fight after taking down thanos.

I think people overrate the degree to which Odin's power is 'magic' per se. Not all of his powers are magic based nor have I ever seen that stated anywhere in a comic about him. He does use magic and cast spells sometimes but the OF in and of itself is not purely magical that I have seen. Its simply a cosmic force which he wields. Back in the silver age, the bolts Odin fired were referred to as his 'cosmic blasts'. So I'm just saying that all because Odin uses magic it doesn't mean all of his attacks are magic based per se.

Mismatch? In whose favour? I think it is an overstatement. The opinion has been split so far.

I also think Superman-Prime's alleged magic resistance is greatly overexagerated. I've forgotten a lot of what I used to know but IIRC the only notable instance was shrugging of Black Adam's magic infused attacks. To me that was just a combination of not being vulnerable like other Supermen and durability, how is he suddenly nigh-immune?

You should add more members to Team Buster or do some changes...as of now Odin and Thanos stomp.

Thanos and Odin. Odin his fight with Thanos wasn't really trying nor did he break a sweat. Thanos showed nothing but his resistance to bowing which irked odin lucky for thanos Dr strange intervened at that point and saved the day. Odin classic is a casual Galaxy buster as he created and destroyed one just do to it and easily. Superboy prime?? Not a chance prime would get wiped from existence. Plus taken in Thanos whonis one of the toughest out there. Combined they beat the team for the record odin is higher then highfathers of DC. Mordu is in marvel a mid tier Skyfather. Just for the record
