Okay this is actually an interesting fight. First off, there is a weak link on each team. Selina (obviously) on team DC and, I know that this will be controversial, Daredevil. Now I know that DD is supposed to be a ninja badaas on the show but think about his most talked about fight (rightfully so): The hallway fight. It took everything he had to beat 6?, I think, russian mob mooks. Now compare that to Batman beating 12 Falcone mooks in less than half a minute in BB. Or Ra's defeating multiple LOA members effortlessly in his first combat showing. Plus, he needed special armor in order to fight Kingpin who, I feel, is weaker than Bane. While Matt's reflexes SHOULD be better than everyone here, he rarely showed it when actually fighting people. Now that I got that out of the way, I'm going to talk about the actual fight in my next post.
Bruce can take Matt, Ra's can take, well, anyone, Bane can take Ward and Selena would loose to anyone. Team 1 with Ra's being the MVP. With his swords, he will stomp anyone here.

This is a condensed version of what I was going to write, hahaha! Team 1 FTW.
Cat woman should drop first, followed by Daredevil losing to Batman. Any of the three shield agents could take Batman and Bane would likely go down against any of the three as well after a long tough fight. Ra's could beat any of the MCU team but I think it comes down to how quickly team MCU beats the other three DC members.
Overall I think the DC team takes it with Ra's being the clear MVP and Bane being the key due to his durability. Bane would keep 1 or 2 of the Shield agents occupied for a bit while Ra's took care of the other 1 or 2, which would leave us with Ra's vs 1 shield agent and we know who wins that (tough fight for Ra's though).
