Absolutely not. Under the OP conditions, the New Gods in question are both Pre-Flashpoint and at their best.

Mr. Miracle Pre-Flashpoint possessed the completed Anti-Life Equation, not to mention that Orion was also temporarily endowed with the Equation as well. The Fourth Worlders reach the final round where I'm unsure what effect it, the Alpha Effect, and/or the Omega Effect will have on the fallen Archangel.
