If Neo uses his hax, like possession and reality warping, he should stomp.
If he fights like a brick, he's going to be in trouble. Luckily, Neo can fly, which puts him out of reach of most of the team, and allows him to focus mostly on Homelander. But his piercing durability is not that good, so I don't see him taking heat vision very well. Homelander would win.
@last0fth3risen: I honestly don't see anyone here doing anything. Most of the members are around agent level and neo can stomp multiple people on that level casually. Homelander is above standard agents but Neo is still much faster and stronger. He's not getting toughed here and he can one shot anyone here.
@americanspeeddemon: I'd say that Maeve, Stormfront, and A-Train are comfortably above agent level. Homelander is straight up superior to Neo physically. His top speed is a lot faster than Neo's bullet-timing, based on the C4 feat, and disappearing instantly from Butcher's apartment. He is stronger, scaling far above A-Train, who can pull a train as exercise. He's far, far more durable than Neo, who can die from blades and bullets. Homelander would just laser him or put a fist through his chest.
Unless I'm blanking on some crazy feat Neo has, I really don't see any way for him to beat Homelander, much less the entire Seven in a physical fight.
@last0fth3risen: Neo's top speed is way above bullet timing. He was able to nigh statue an explosion to save Morpheus who was point blank in range of the explosion. And he was fighting at lightning+ speeds in his final fight with Smith.
0lus in the final fight he and Smith were creating multi city block sized shockwaves with Thier hits and considering it was raining they were dispersing a lot of water as well. If you think any of Superman or Thor's hits are impressive none of Thier striking feats compare to Neo's feats in the 3rd movie.
@americanspeeddemon: The explosion feat, at best, puts him on par with Homelander, who did the same thing saving Butcher and the baby. Except Neo was already in flight, while Homelander was stationary. And the two people Homelander saved were further apart.
They weren't fighting at lightning speed. There was just a lot of lightning flashing around them, and it was clearly faster than they were moving.
Shockwaves aren't necessarily indicative of greater strength. Hulkbuster and Hulk made a shockwave, but they are inferior to Thanos and Thor, who never did. It's a stylistic choice.
@last0fth3risen: the lack of shockwaves is a stylistic choice but producing a shockwave is still a feat it's just not the only way to portray super strength. Especially since this shockwave dispersed water and hade environmental effects. Many shockwaves in media are just there but don't really have any way to quantify them.
Also the shockwaves moved faster than lightning and the shockwaves should logically be slower than the punches that produced them.
