Bat-mite was able to cancel Batman the Brave and the Bold tv show. So I know he can erase Franklin and Impossible man form existence .

Franklin is kinda out of his league here, both of the Imps are wildly more powerful than he is.

Impossible Man has them beat though.

I say that franklin could solo due to the fact that even when he was younger his power was on par with that of celistials.
