Skeletor's henchmen are far superior to the mutants. Skeletor has a massive numbers advantage. Skeletor and his henchmen all have far superior weapons. Skeletor has aditional magical support. This screams Skeletor stomp to me. Lets break it down...
Skeletor's henchmen list... Beastman, Evil Lyn, Triclops, Merman, Whiplash, Trap Jaw, Webstor, Spikor, Stinkor, Clawful, Two-bad, Faker, Kobra Khan, Jitsu, Strongarm, Karg, Twistoid, a few others I don't remember, and maybe Zodac (he represents balance in Masters of the Universe and helps both sides). That's all not counting any other allies he has like Evil Seed or King Hiss and his Snakemen.
Mumm-Ra will have... Ssslythe, Monkian, Jackalman, and Vultureman. That's it. That makes a huge stomp according to the OP's rules. Let's however assume that Skeletor's numbers will be limited to be more fair. The closest match-ups would be...
Ssslythe and Whiplash... Ssslythe is smarter, but Whiplash is exponentially stronger, more durable, and faster, and has superior weapons, plus his tail. Whiplash stomp.
Monkian vs Beastman... Beastman is superior all across the board except maybe agility which might be equal. Massively stronger, faster, more durable, a slight hf, a little smarter, and the ability to call and command animals of all kinds, plus homefield advantage.
Jackalman vs anyone on the list is a ridiculous stomp. He's the weakest of all the characters here, though he is cunning. The closest match is probably against Kobra Khan who is stronger, more agile, venomous, and can spit venom. Both characters use guns, but seeing them in action makes one believe that Khan's are either superior in range and accuracy or he's a markedly better marksman. Or both.
Vultureman vs Triclops... On top of superior physical stats Triclops has is probably smarter, has 360 vision, a magical weapon, combat drones, and the ability to fire blasts from his eyes.
Skeletor vs Mumm-Ra... The only match that's even close, but will still be skewed in this free-for-all which will end with 5on1 in less than two minutes. But just comparing the two head to head... Mumm-ra uses most of his sorcery on increasing his physical stats. Here he and Skeletor are probably close to equal, with maybe a slight edge going to Mumm-Ra. He doesn't really utilize his sorcery for combat. he does have his eye beams and occasionally casts bolts from his hands. Skeletor uses his sorcery fairly regularly. He focuses through his staff, a very powerful artifact, and is able to defend with either the staff or his sword which is equal in power to the Sword of Power that He-Man uses. Just the weapons should give Skeletor the advantage, but add in that Mumm-Ra weakens as the the battle goes on and the victory would go to Skullington von Skullenburg. Even without the help of his henchmen, though this is a much closer fight.
