Luke can only win if he manages to get close enough to Otto to punch his face into the back of his skull, but with four very long and very durable cyber-arms between Luke and his target that doesn't seem like the most realistic outcome here. Otto wins, unless he seriously messes up and let's Luke get up close.
@silverrings: Not even sure if that would work. Doc Ock had plot durability the guy shook off being hit by a table that launched him hundreds of feet and then some.
