I'll admit that I haven't read a lot of MK's new stuff. I mostly grew up on the old Doug Moench and Chuck Dixon stuff from the 80's and early 90's.

If Moon Knight isn't wearing one of his higher-end bullet proof suits and there isn't much cover in the area they're fighting, I'd back the Punisher. Marc isn't one of the fastest martial artists about so Frank should be able to get a hit on him seeing as he's hit guy's like Daken and Spiderman before who are both quicker than Moon Knight. I don't think a crescent dart is going to be that effective at disarming Castle because he's reacted to projectiles like Captain America's shield so in the end he should get a majority.

Moon Knight. He can soak a lot of Frank's bullets and is probably better up close.

Moon Knight for the majority (6/10), Punisher for less (4/10).

Moon knight win ..... First, he has the armor that can protect him from the pointblank shot . so ? Aim his head ? .....please... this dude can dodge the bullet and cut it into half..... even fast enough to deflect it with his crescent dart. he would disarm Frank , force him to go melee combat , while he runs and spams his f**kin crescent darts. Frank would snipe him from nowhere ? Khonshu would know and tell him ....And yes if Khonshu is in a good mood...Mooney could even beat Frank in hand to hand.

I beg to differ....

Moon Knight's armor is made of Carbodium. This prevents him from receiving damage from small fire arms (punisher's standard equipment). He also carries several Crescent Darts that can inflict high damage on the opponent. Plus it's not like Moon Knight would just hold his ground while Frank empties his magazines on Mooney.....

Moon Knight has shown to have a VERY high tolerance for pain, AND high agility too.

Plus one Crescent dart in the face would KILL Frank, whereas one bullet in the face wouldn't KILL Mooney due to his Carbodium armor. oh, and yeah, MK is much more agile than Frank.

It's just that marvel released insufficient number of issues for MK. Therefore, there is only so much we can use to back MK....

Seeing as how this is a 9 year old thread you must remember how lackluster Marc's feats were up to that point and especially as far as fighting skill was concerned which I believed Frank had over him at the time.

@vance_astro: i see your point but mk wasn't really lack luster, more so his condition at the time hindered him a great deal. Mk was still adept at every form of martial arts, boxing. He just couldn't operate at his full potential. Other than the huston/ benson run he has consistantly been a great fighter with feats above what frank could pull off.

His fighting skill on paper is above what he's actually shown. At the point when I said what I said he didn't have the feats to compete with Frank.

Seriously people.... do some actual reading reading on moon knight. The only version frank can beat is the huston/benson run. Moon knight has shown to able to compete with daredevil in everything.... frank not so much. Hell people who has beaten punisher have lost to moon knight. A ufc style fight makes this even worse for frank since he doesn't have the physicals to last against marc. I seriously dont know why anyone would go with frank when marc is clearly superior in everyway, but hey i guess the site loves to bash moon knight. I've had this discussion with people who are experts on both of these characters and they all agreed that moon knight takes a solid majority over frank.

Punisher wins.
