Well this is a good fight, they are evenly matched, bur Darkseid's Omega Effect gives him an edge.

Hard to say, but Darkseid's OE does give him the advantage here. In the end I'd have to say PC Darkseid with an extremely tough fight. 

Monarch here,   52 captain atoms and  major force  is plenty to beat pc darkseid....................

As much as I love Monarch more than DS, I don't think that Monarch would win against this version of DS. PC DarkSeid's Omega beams/effect worked 100% if the target isn't protected by the source. PC-DarkSeid takes this. Post-crisis versions loses badly though.
