Michael Demiurgos:
vs.
Pre-Retcon Molecule Man (of Secret Wars):
Who win?
@alternative_backup: I'm going with Molecule Man. I don't really know any feats from Michael just his brother.
Honestly Pre Retcon MM should be able to take on both Michael , Lucifer and Gabriel together and still come out of top, but i suppose his own self imposted limitation is going to be a problem.(scratch that, totally forgot Secret Wars 2 had no self imposted limitation, he was just not longer a bad guy)
MM cannot beat the second strongest being under God.
He's not fighting Lucifer.
Heh.
@scoop316 Michael is not known for his skills of manipulation, but by its raw power. I think it is a fight that can go either way and I see Michael with enough power to manterse firm in a battle against the Molecule Man.
Michael should win considering he's omniversal (aka above LT) and his death results in the destruction of the Omniverse so....he can only stalemate at worst. He has God's Power, as in he is omnipotent as far as output technically. He should stomp.

Thats not really true, Michael Power was used by Lucifer, manipulated to create a multiverse as opposed to an omniverse. No omniverse was destroyed because of his death, he was taken to void outside Presence multiverse and allowed to die in a contained detonation.
That being said apart from the Lucifer solo series i have not read anything about Michael, and he only has a few appearences in there, thankfully including this one.
@killemall Who do you think that would win?
@alternative_backup: Molecule Man by a long shot (assuming Michael is one the same ball part as Lucifer, given Lucifer actually beaten him towards the end of his solo series). There is a good reason he was immediately retcon , the very next apparence after Secret Wars 2, lol. Way too powerful to walk around. He was said to be more powerful than Living Tribunal, was healing multiple universe with a flick of his finger, going toe to toe with Beyonder (never actually won though).

i don't think that counts, both lucifer and michael were extremely weakened due to their journey to yggdrasil, and most importantly, lucifer was bloodlusted and aiming to kill michael (since lucifer was controlled by Fenris) while michael was trying to reason with him.
@rolldestroyer: does it matter PR Beyonder could destroy countless galaxy /universes just by thinking and MM could undo that with a finger wave, both micheal and lucifer are no match for MM

i was clarifying on that particular instance.
i do agree that molecule man wins, based on feats.
LT is also omniversal.
Molecule Man wins quite easily.
I give this to Michael.
•MM controls matter and energy
but Michael in his respective DC realm has the power of creation of all things (including matter, energy, magic, cosmic)
• Michael is created by Presence and he existed before matter, molecules and energy itself
• MM has a weakeness. If subconscious blocks are placed in his mind then it limits his ability to control organic matter and anything with no molecular structure (this is why MM would surely lose to Lucifer which posses infinite will of Presence so he could place these subconscious blocks in MM mind).
