Nolan Batman was trained by the Society of Shadows in the movies, but that really has no connection to the CWs League of Assassins. Darhk is a hundred years old and still couldn't outfight Oliver, who in that season got his asskicked by pretty much everyone. The usual assassin of the league was shown to be defeated by Diggle, Laurel when she still almost died against random rapists, sneak attacks from Felicity and single punches from Jax to the face, when they start suprise attacks on him. There have been like three unnamed league of assassins that were actually competent plus the named characters that's the only impressive once we have. Hydra agents are not all overly impressive either, but they weren't defeated by football players yet and just like the league have outliers of people that can give Bobbi trouble or keep fighting with bullet holes in their upper bodies. The only reasons Sara survived a fight with Slade is because he didn't want to kill her yet and Vandal Savage in Legends outright sucked getting beaten by Rip Hunter, who can't even certainly defeat a russian mobster, who was afraid of Sara being able to take down six of his fodder mooks.
May defeated multiple opponents with superstrength in pure hand-to-hand combat, Scarlotti, who is a Hydra assassins who supposedly almost killed Hawkeye at some point, can continue fighting with a bullet in her leg and dodge a whip weapon at close range, which can exceed the speed of sound.

Her fight with Dahrk suggests the opposite. And she didn't tank it. It knocked her out.
