I would like to say that the sci fi team stomps

MCU wins by a hair. I don't see how vader and obi wan can deal with a rampaging hulk while fighting the rest of the avengers. Scarlet witch can also cast illusions (ow was it telepathy? ) making it difficult for obi wan and vader. And quicksilver's speed is something they'll have lots of trouble dealing with as well. Iron man can solo the aliens and jurrasic creatures and he has experience dealing with terminator-type villains (iron man 3) so he can deal with them. Guardians and war machine can take on the predators. This fight's going to be close because of Godzilla but I think hulk and thor can take him out. Again close fight but I pick marvel because they don't have anyone who can deal with thor and hulk. MCU also has a better set of strategists (Fury, cap, iron man, vision & rocket) while the other team only had obi wan and darth. MCU will probably have the better team work as well.

Isn´t already something exaclty like this?

I would say MCU wins. Black Widow could take the raptors with standard gear, same with Hawkeye. Most, if not all of the Sci-fi team can be effected by the average human weapons. Even the Predators have weak points Hawkeye could hit. Star Wars characters are the only real threats, and again can be shot and killed if the shot hits
