@lord-parallax:
What about Thor's much more powerful lightning strikes, like the one that leveled the forest in The Avengers, or the one that destroyed 6-7 Chitaurian Leviathans in The Avengers, or the one that destroyed a huge ice mass in Thor(2011), and What about the one that cracked/helped bust Sikovia,
Also didn't Thor only get choked by Ultron just to stall him so Vision could hit him with the hammer,
Been done in actual movie, and that was ultron without using his full abilities.
Thor lacks the power to damage him.
Wasn't Thor stalling Vibranium Ultron, in order for Vision to strike, wasn't it a setup?
He was unable to get free from him, and anyways, Ultron was pummelling Thor for several minutes already.
He was "stalling" because he couldn't do anything else on his own.
Oh, Okay, thanks for clearing that up but will Thor's more powerful strikes, Like the one that leveled the forest, or the one that destroyed that huge Ice Mass, or the one that destroyed 6-7 Leviathans, or the one that helped destroy/crack Sikovia, would those lightning strikes harm Vibranium Ultron,

Seeing how even the city busting strike coulnd't damage the vibranium spire, which was only "part vibranium" , I doubt it.
Lightning is Thor's only hope, and he needs to make sure that Ultron takes it head on.
Probably a lot.
Thor wasn't really hurt by ultron either. He was stalling for vision. And you can't speak clear words if you are being choked so ultrons grip around thors neck was doing nothing. Thor would beat him if he let loose and didn't hold back. Look how he fought Maliketh. He clearly wasn't going all out when he fought ultron

Which first required him to be ragdolled and lose his hammer.
The most charitable viewing possible still has Thor looking like an ass.
Ultron at the very least has strength above Iron Man, which is enough to deal damage to Thor, it seems. (See Thor's scuffed face while he was stalling for time).
I don't think Thor can take down Ultron by himself. Thor can eventually get tired, while Ultron can continuously fight while multitasking/creating an army... and damage Thor at all.
You guys remember what happened in the forest when Thor attacked Cap’s shield? Now picture that happening again, but instead of a shield It’s a giant Ultron body. Each time Thor hits Ultron it’ll just fire back on Thor and leave Ultron unharmed. Only reason Vision was able to knock Ultron away was cuz he’s much stronger than Thor and able to let the backfire pass through him.
Thor for sure post-Ragnarok. I'm not sure if he could by AoU though.
I agree, Thor in IW would destroy Ultron. But I would say no to AoU Thor. Ultron manhandled him with little effort and forced Vision to save him.

Ultron's body was never shown reflecting damage like Cap's shield was. To the contrary, Ulron's body was more absorbing damage then reflecting it. Maybe it's due to shape of Cap's shield, or maybe it's because Vibranium in MCU is inconsistant as hell.

Unlikely. Vibranium is not that strong. Mjolnir has excellent feats at matching infinity stones on numerous occasions:
While Vibranium cant even decide if it's durable enough to block a granede launcher
Only reason Vision was able to knock Ultron away was cuz he’s much stronger than Thor and able to let the backfire pass through him.
Not really. Thor has much better feats then Vision in strength and wielding Mjolnir in general. The reason why Vision was able to knock Ultron away is because he had a shot at doing it. Ultron overwhelmed Thor and didn't give him a chance to use Mjolnir even once. If Thor had a chance to strike, he probably would do just as good of a job if not better.
This is still a pointless debate. It was clearly established Ultron is superior to Thor. There is no point in debating something that was shown to be so one sided onscreen already. Thor loses.
Nothing changed? he smacks Stormbreaker out of his hand just like Thanos did then beats him up again.

We've already seen it. Thor got his ass handed to him.
Now it's a way closer battle. Thor's lightning has gotten more powerful and Stormbreaker may be able to damage Vibranium considering what Thanos did.
I'd say, though, that there are not enough indications for Stormbreaker to be able to cut Vibranium and that Thor is not as strong as Thanos to perform a feat of that level. So, consideirng that Ultron is massively stronger and more durable than Thor, he wins.
Thor
How?
@power_hunter: Axe? It clashed equally with Thanos sword which as we saw can cut VB.
I don't think clashing a blade against a blade necessarily means it has the same piercing capabilities.
Thor stomps.
