Morals on
I'll go with DD. He took out four cops shooting at him within seconds in H2H, and flipped through/avoided automatic fire several times throughout the series (so good luck tagging him with a gun Harley) and even then his suit protected him from a gunshot by a Hand ninja during the Season 2 finale. And he's just simply better than both in H2H seeing that he had beaten 9 Russians, a few of them armed while Daredevil himself was injured, defeated Nobu twice in CQC twice, essentially mowed through Hand Ninjas after learning how to track them. His new suit is much more durable with certain parts like the helmet and the cable for his billy club being stated to be near indestructible by Melvin Potter and he's equipped with reinforced alloy gloves, giving more bite to his punches. And DD could ricochet his batons or billy club to get a surprise hit in or to use as a distraction while he attacks.
And to be honest by feats I don't see either Harley nor Katana being a lot better than a Hand Ninja so...
@amendment50: You talking about the soul stealing part of the sword? Cause it only steals the souls of those it kills. Either way DD's suit protected from blades, a katana, and at one point Nobu's Shoge Hook in Season 2 so even if Katana tags him with the sword it won't do damage.
Katana by hype should be a good match for DD, and with Harley, they should win. However, Katana didn't really get the feats (which I'm still upset about) she deserved. I say DD takes this in a decent fight.
DD beats them both
DD beats them both
Katana only has to tag him once, right?
Supposdly she does
Matt.
He is more agile, more skilled, and has a higher threshold for pain than both of them. They'll give him trouble, but he'll triumph.
If I'm not mistaken, doesn't Matt have a weakness to loud sounds or metal clashes? If Katana swings her sword and misses and coincidentally clashes against a metal pipe or something and notices he is wincing, can't she exploit that?
That hasn't happened in the show. He knows how to focus his hearing so loud sounds don't bother him. If what you said was true, gunshots, explosions, or any time he blocked a sword/metal rod with his batons would also hurt.
You must be thinking about Movie Daredevil played by Ben Affleck.
@brian8559: her sword hitting a pipe isnt going to be loud enough to affect him.
@dstreet45: Yeah that must've been where I remember seeing it. It was probably a bad depiction then.
Daredevil can't take both of them at the same time.Daredevil's suit may be durable against swords but so was Enchantress.Katana's sword is magic. Her sword can cut/penetrate Daredevil's suit.
One-on-one he'd beat both, but you're right
Matty, they did almost nothing worth mentioning in the film. Harley is a glorified distraction and Katana a mild challenge at best.
Katana only needs to strike him once, I back the team.

The sword only takes the souls of the people it kills not cuts the two are very different things. And given his suit's durability I highly doubt Katana is actually going to be able to cut him to begin with.
Daredevil mid-diff at worst. And I doubt that Katana would slice through his armor considering that it didn't cut through a Yakuza's sword in her flashback.
Cutting through Kevlar/composite cloth is thousands of times easier than steel.....

1. The suit isn't Kevlar.
2. Like I said before, the suit had already withstood clean hits from multiple types of blades, including katanas, and wasn't damaged. So it's not like DD doesn't have feats against sharp weapons. All I'm saying is that Katana's sword isn't a one hit kill device like some people are saying and the only magical part about it is that it seals the souls of it's victims. Meaning that she has to kill DD first not just tag him.

1. The Suit is however made of cloth-like material in most parts that have limited resistance against knives. So i think just about any well sharp sword can do it.
2. Why are you telling me this lol ? Thats completely irrelevant to my comment.
1. Yeah the same/similar material Fisk's suit was made of. The same suit that practically protected Fisk from being sliced by knives and Nobu's Shoge Hook. Even if a katana could damage it (unlikely) it wouldn't do much damage based on feats. The black parts just provide more protection and that was just the season 1 suit. The second suit is more durable all around.
2. Can't see how it isn't seeing that you think that Katana's sword could slice armor that had already withstood against sword attacks.

1. Interesting
2. Well i havent commented on the fight itself yet.
Harley shoots him in the head since DD isn't a bullet timer
Who cares if he is or isn't when he had already avoided bullets on multiple occasions, sometimes from multiple people at once?
Video Links:
-Defeated armed cops in seconds. Keep in mind there's at least four of them, no place for Daredevil to use for cover and they were accurate enough to clear a room full of bodyguards.
-Pushes Foggy out of the way of getting shot in the heart. Then saves himself and Karen.
Doubt Harley is accurate or fast enough to tag him even with Katana running interference. And even then his new helmet is almost indestructible according to Melvin Potter and his new suit already protected him from an automatic rifle.
