MCU Captain America vs MCU Bucky ( read OP)

MCU Hela comes to earth seeking entertainment ( it's silly ,I know) and wants a good Show.She switches Cap and Buck. So,if both Barnes and Rogers somehow switch their bodies and are forced to fight to the death( gladiator style) ,who is going to come out alive?

1)Morals off

2)Both know they switched bodies and know each other's abilities.

3)Bucky has his sheild ,and Cap has his knives.

4)Fight is to the death.Lets say if they don't kill the other, Hela Wipes out the city.

If Cap doesn't hold back he dominates. He's more skilled then Bucky, and with that metal arm he'd tear him in half.

1) Depends on setting, but Cap for a majority overall.

2) Cap

3) Bucky, the shield is better than knives and he's still got the arm.

4) This seems like round one again. Varies with setting but Cap has the edge.

I think Bucky should win all round, he can exploit his arm's weakness, if he can focus and disable the arm then he should have a easy victory.

Steve in Bucky's body and Bucky in Steve's body? You just gave all those fan fiction writers an orgasm.

@gazool: I think it could go either way, with maybe a slight edge to Bucky. Steve's body is slightly more powerful, and while they both have a learning curve for each other's bodies, Bucky will be able to adapt quicker with Steve's body than vice versa. Personally, I consider the shield one of the best pieces of equipment around, and he isn't completely unfamiliar with it. Steve on the other hand hasn't had any showings with a knife outside of throwing one on the Lumerian Star in TWS, so it'd be hard to say he'd be effective with them. It'd be a close fight for sure.

Buck's skill has been kind of inconsistent, but going with more recent showings, Steve is a decent bit more skilled.

R1- Steve takes it comfortably. Not only is he more skilled, he will also have a stats advantage because of arm.

R2- Still Steve.

R3- Buck's skill with the shield is limited to just throwing it. He will throw it, Cap will pick it up and make short work of Bucky.

R4- If they are in character and aware who they are fighting, Steve might just let Buck kill him. Otherwise, Steve clean sweeps.

Since they are not in character, Steve takes this. The only advantage Buck has is the shield and he can't do anything other than a straight toss with it.

@rbt: what if Bucky attacks Cap's arm first?( Since he knows its his strength and also his weakness at the same time.)

Steve tried the same thing during highway fight. I don't think he was able to do significant damage to it.
