Going with Matt and Frank.
While Widow and Mindy have a gear advantage, Frank and Matt have a couple things that put this battle in their favor.
First is durability. Mindy has armor that makes her pretty durable against chest blows, but Matt's armor is almost as good and covers more of the body. Not to mention getting his head bashed by Fisk with no helmet. Also Frank. His pain tolerance is massive. The dude has been brutally tortured by the Irish, has tanked two rounds of tasers while drugged, has been shot after being tortured and barely been slowed, and has tanked numerous heavy blows from Fisk.
Second is accuracy. Widow has no accuracy feats, and honestly I see Frank gunning her down immediately. Her skill is the best of the 4, but she has no armor and Frank has nothing stopping him from ending her immediately.
So what this entails is a 2v1. Frank's firepower combined with Matt's speed makes this a win for the guys.
