He is all martial arts expert respected by well everyone, and that counts when it comes to h2h, let me ask You this. What has Wolverin done to place him above Roshi in h2h? He is just a guy, with great healing powers, adamantium, nice strength and a bit over average speed but if You take all that away he is not all that impressive.

How is he more skilled than someone who knows every fighting style on Earth and several alien ones?

If it's just pure hand-to-hand combat, Logan.

You do realize in this battle he does not have his powers? Withouth his powers he will not stomp CA...Just no so why bringing it up. Roshi with his power stomps MOON... MOON for the love of God, and this feat is kinda more impressive then stomping characters You mentioned is it not?. Also master roshi still have:Hypnosis, telepathy, and size manipulation.

And how is logan more skilled then someone who aslo knows every fighting style and because of his martial artis gifts is able to master energy manipulation, sensing energy ( You have to be extremaly skilled to do that ).

I am not saying in any way that this would be a stomp, probably very long battle which IMO roshi would win. If You take away his speed, strength and energy manipulation, he still has highened senses,reflexes, physics, and hypnosis.

Cap and Logan have near equal stats anyway, dude. Logan's just that much more skilled.

And thats based on what? Roshi was fighting Goku for 4 hours during turnament, without any KI as they said. 4 hours pure H2H..

So what for You best martial artis in the world, first one to master kamehama, titled by everyone in the world ( including people who know about martial arts ) God of marial art, for You he is just some random guy because he has no feats to back it up?

A character appearing multiple times in a single panel does not shows they are capable of leaving after images.That's actually a commonly used form of showing a character's movement step by step in both comics and manga. Show me an instance where Logan fools an enemy with an after image then catches him with surprise.That's the after image technique Roshi uses

WIthout KI, Goku still has mind abilities ( telekinetic, telepatic ) and they were confirmed not to be dependand on ki control. He can still perform Genki dama dependand on life force, not ki. Not to mention, I do not agree anyway. Goku is also martial artis who also mastered techiques from other planets not to mention other worlds... He was training with God of earth, He was training with God of Galaxy - Kaio, he was training in heavens... You just sound silly now. When outcome of a battle between Roshi and Wolverin is indeed not that easy to predict, Goku stomps in every way... no contest here.

That apply to DBZ not DB, DB especially early DB ( before Piccolo ) focus on techinques and You would know that if You watched the show properly.
