Current versions of both,Deadpool has all standard gear.Master chief has a assault rifle,frags,magnum,shotgun,and combat machete. battle is on the Brooklyn Bridge,each starts at opposite sides of the bridge.Deadpool has a motor cycle,Chief has a Mongoose.

Actually plasma does the most damage to MC's shields. It takes a lot of bullets to penetrate MC's shields (an entire AR clip) and MC is fast enough to dodge most of Deadpool's shots. He can also dodge most explosives.
@Edamame: Him having his head punched off is just ridiculous, LOL. Deadpool will still be eliminated via incapacitation or KO before he can hope to inflict any significant damage on MC.
@Edamame: Yeah, it's just a very flawed statement haha. I don't see why any of those wouldn't be able to incapacitate Wade. He's incapacitated himself with a grenade before, an assault rifle/magnum/shotgun can drop him with well placed shots, and the machete wouldn't be of much use for stabbing (IE if Chief were to stab the stomach / chest region), but he could certainly remove a limb or two with it, haha.

Yeah....*sigh*. Are you talking about the recent incident where Deadpool was so bored he decided to shoot himself in the brain? lol
@Edamame: It isn't easy (unless you're being sarcastic, lol). He's withstood a large amount of physical trauma before dropping, but a bullet to the head will down him just like anyone else. To the chest and other regions, though? A single low caliber bullet isn't going to do much at all...But Chief is packing multiple high powered firearms with multiple clips. Throw in his training, enhanced attributes, and futuristic armor /additional tech, and Deadpool is simply outclassed.

Actually he'd only break it if he grabs it too hard, which is highly unlikely. Master Chief is a lot more experienced with his armor than he used to be so he's probably not going to break everything he touches.
In "Deadpool kills the Marvel Universe". It's a non cannon romp where he clowns every major hero who's been severely depowered for the sake of the story. I don't think Deadpool's weapons on full auto could stop Chief from barreling right down on to him. With a teleporter, it'd certainly be a longer fight, but I'm still thinking the Chief.
