Just so people know about the SPARTAN II augementations. I say John takes this pretty easy. If Cal-141 could block a swing from a gravity hammer with one hand, and John has skull crushing punches, he takes this. Doubt he'd kill Captain America.
John stomps, just because Captain America can't keep up with him. They have a similar level of physical strength, though the Chief is just a little stronger. They're both extremely experienced in hand to hand combat. The big thing is Master Chief's 300% greater reflexes. Cap would appear to be moving in slow motion to the Chief, easily allowing him to counter everything he does. The Chief takes this without Cap landing a punch. I just don't understand how he could do anything.
Master Chief should take this without to much trouble he's basically Captain America if he was superhuman. Its basically a "anything you can do I can do better" scenario.
