Ultimate Cap is at least a 2 tonner and his other physical stats are likewise enhanced. He could possibly solo. Iron Fist is the #2 in the group and Shang-Chi is in the running for 3rd with Batman.

I agree that team MARVEL wins and especially due to Ultimate Captain America...But I disagree that he could solo all three of DC's members, that's too much for even him to handle. For I agree with all the contents of your post except that of the one that I have mentioned.

Jason Todd is the weakling in the fighting skills department comparing to those of his other team members. I would say Black Canary and Batman are about equal in fighting skills with Shang Chi and Iron Fist. Ultimate Cap' could help them out once he is done fighting Jason Todd rather quickly.

Jason received a lot of H2H training, but he's not Batman. Besides, his pre-new52 showings aren't very special.

I still put Iron Fist as #1 above Batman (#2).

Shang-Chi over Canary as I think he is slightly more skilled and outweighs her by 40 pounds,

Punisher over Red Hood by a hair because of greater size and experience overcoming his speed disadvantage.

This is an interesting battle but Batman can't handle all of the Marvel guys,so I am saying Marvel.

I don't know. Killing the dragon with his bare hands to get the Iron Fist in the first place seems to be a high end feat.

Give me a single Shang Chi feat beating someone on Batman's level.Straight h2h.

Punisher lost to Kingpin and his biggest victory IMO is against Bullseye.

Punisher would Macguvyer his ass through the Avengers Mansion, making it a lot easier for the Marvel team. Plus, on H2H, Iron Fist and Shang Chi has got this.

I have no clue on Black Canary's H2H skills, but by watching enough episodes of Young Justice, I'mma gonna say Iron Fist, Shang Chi > Black Canary.

The only foreseeable way I can see DC winning this is if Batman (or the DC team in generation) uses the terrain to their advantage or catch them out by surprise.

This is a regular Doombot.Shang Chi isn;t the only human who has defeated a Doombot.

Paladin is a mediocre at best h2h fighter and he took out Cap simply because this gas.

And what exactly has that Gorilla guy done to put him on a certain level?

I also posted Shang-Chi vs Spider-Man. Iron Fist says he a master. Cap/Wolverine/Spidey/Iron Fist spar with him. Spidey went to him for training. Cap wants him for the Secret Avengers. Raised from birth by his long-lived crime lord father to be his enforcer. Agent for MI-6.

If you think he is not a credible opponent and above say Todd, I suspect you are in the minority.
