She's a casual bullet dodger (at point blank), she can aim her bullets at the opponents' bullets and counter it all. She could also create an copy of herself with her ribbon and restrain opponents with her ribbons. She can create a giant cannon to do area of damage

Batman always wins.

Well, considering that Mami's bullets (excluding tiro finale, of course) didn't seem to be any more powerful than regular bullets, I'd have to go with Batman.

Is Batman completely bullet proof? Her aim is pretty great, and she can fight with a clone.

I watched part of the first video her reaction time to the bullet was pretty impressive. She might be able to win this.

@poeticwarrior: he is mostly bulletproof, yes. Keep in mind that Bruce will be fighting with gas, Sonics, explosives, cryo pellets, and other tools. New 52 Batman has an nth metal batarang as part of his standard equipment (as seen in Batman eternal). By making them bloodlusted, you've essentially turned Batman into a no holds barred owlman, which is pretty terrifying if you think about it.

I see the head part of Batman has a lot of opening, and she could probably aim there, not just the body. Mami can't feel pain or anything and won't be killed unless the gem that stored her soul on her head is destroyed. Have you watched the video? I can make clone of herself to fight for her, so there's the matter of who Batman is fighting, she could end up restraining him the same way as the other girl got caught.

@poeticwarrior: I've watched the entire series. Yes, Batman has an exposed face, but that hasn't stopped him from not dying yet. Also, it is explicitly stated that when magical girls choose not to feel pain, their reactions are decreased. Nth metal disrupts magic, by the way. That, combined with his Houdini-like ability to escape from impossible situations, and the obvious weak spot on her ribbon binding should allow him to escape fairly easily.

Wouldn't that be PIS if you say escape from impossible situations? That hasn't stopped him from dying is usually because of plot armor. They can't really kill off the main character. It's much better to look at stats and feats where they fight rather than how Batman must escape or survive.

Mami, and you guys are severely underestimating this character. She can produce guns of extremely different sizes. She can just shoot batman with a bullet bigger than his entire body and kill him. Plus she can fly and was able to have a gunfight evenly with someone who could stop time. Her only real weakness is that she's a bit overconfident. That's what gto her killed in the show. But other than batman playing possum and taking her down while she's not paying attention, I can't see him winning.

@poeticwarrior: nope. Part of his skillset is being an expert escape artist. Him being extremely skilled is what prevents him from being shot in the face. Mami is still at street level, and it's not like she outclasses him anywhere physically. Batman has been fighting longer than Mami has been alive, the difference in experience and skill between the two of them is astronomical. He's mastered techniques that allow him to kill an opponent in a single blow, and modified them to be non lethal (also making them much harder to perform). His various tools and gadgets that he carries around with him could easily be used to kill, and since he's bloodlusted, he won't have a problem with blowing her up, or snapping her neck, or cutting her throat open, or melting her skull with acid, or freezing her, or burning her, or just plain beating her to death.

@maiamaku:Tbh, Batman have to actually get close to do most of the things you mentioned and i don't think he will be able to because of her countless shotguns. Experience can only take you so far. She's obviously alot more agile than him so i don't see how he's going to tag her or close the range while avoiding the bullets and ribbon at the same time.

How is Batman going to avoid her and close the rng if she does this?

If Mami knows about Batman, would she try to fight him up close? She's the most strategic character out of the group. Moreover, how would he know that the person he's been fighting is actually Mami and not her ribbons? As the other guy said, how would Batman close the distance if she keeps spamming guns? Mami can change her bullet types and produce different type of bullets from ballistic to explosion as seen with different anime episode. He needs to pay attention to her ribbons, a short period of time where he gets trapped by the ribbon, she could blow his brain out. Just providing a perspective, Batman could totally win this if he could close the distance and melt her face, but so could Mami.
