bonus battle: Maleficient vs Snape
Voldemort's budget immortality seems like it would lead him to a win, despite Maleficent's more broad reaching powers. Voldemort may not be able to do anything quite as large scale as the things Maleficent does, but the inability to die and some of his brutal death/compulsion oriented curses would probably let him get in close enough to hit her with a death curse.
Snape loses.
Which version of Maleficient is this?
Lets go with movie versions.

Both movie versions?

With Horcruxes he can't "die," but he can be turned into a weak and useless spirit that's less than a ghost. I think that would count as a win
@jmarshmallow: technically both movie versions should be allowed. At the end of the new movie it states this is the true story of what happen, not the evil one that was the cartoon. Both movies were the same Disney story with different views, which is acknowledge in the new movie.
Since both are referenced in the new movie, I go with both movie feats counting myself.
With that said either view point of Maleficent wins. She can turn voldy into a bird with a wave of her hand, and she is much faster than him IMO with movie version. Classic cartoon still wins as she showed to again up a entire kingdom to sleep with a wave of her hand.
I give it to either version of the story with different view points.

Yes, both. If it's movie versions, that it would have to include both.

That's what I was thinking, he can be still severely incapacitated which is a win.
Ends in sex.
And yah, Voldermort's horcruxes prevent his soul from passing beyond this world, but they do nothing for his durability. A bullet to the head would put him down just like it would any normal human.
