Round one: Magneto. Superman if he quickly takes him out.

Round two: Superman just heat visions him and Magneto's dead before he can even react

Ehh, I don't really see how Magneto can hurt Superman in round 1. Throwing metal at him won't result in anything, honestly.

Magneto DEFINITELY looses round 2 though.

Both start 100m away from each other. So, taking magneto out before he can react might be hard (not impossible, but hard).

Why? He intercepted a missile, 100 meters wouldn't do any difference

A missile like that is supersonic, Superman had no issues intercepting it. Magneto's reaction time won't be a problem.

Round 1- Superman. Mags isn't going to start off with that shield; he's going to start throwing cars. Superman is going to dodge them, maybe attempt to throw one or two back...he may even try to talk Mags out of this...when all that fails, he'll use his speed to grab Magneto and choke him out. It's like me throwing pebbles from 50ft to a Navy SEAL. He'll try to talk me out of it, may even throw one back at me to get me to quit it, but when all that fails, he'll close the distance and beat me down.

Round 2- Depends on if Superman can get through the force field. There's nothing else that can be said. With prep, Mags knows Superman is super fast and strong, so he'll put up the force field. Superman will be using heat vision, speed and strength to try to penetrate it. If he does, Mags dies...horribly. If he doesn't, he'll just be there evading flying debris. Maybe he'll fly into space and sun bathe until Mags gets tired or let's his guard down. So this is a stalemate until that happens (or he gets around the shield).

Magneto is gonna rag doll supes. He is not going to dodge that much metal flying at him at high speeds. Magneto was throw hundreds of thousands of tons of stuff at apoc crazy fast and his magnetic shields where insane. Quicksilver couldn't get through them and he would have had insane kinetic energy because of how fast he can move. Saying all this though idk if it would keep superman down for good. It's not a stomp in superman's favor at all. He got hit in the face with a steel beam by zodiac and it phased him. That steel is going to be moving a lot faster and there's going to be a ton more of it

Magneto creates a force field and gets enough metal to hold superman in place, once in place magneto piles it on non stop. Eventually superman is getting no sun rays and is getting continually crushed by the metal as magneto is squeezing it tighter and tighter. Superman is crushed like a bug. But without prep time he'd Have to pull off a miracle.

Superman blitzes and one-shots Magneto. Magneto got owned by a bullet to the neck in Days of Future Past.

Superman wasn't even trying to fight Batman at all. He was trying to tell him about his situation with Luthor and Martha. He held back that whole fight. His fight with Doomsday had way more "spark" anyway.

@DammeFavour: he died in space and was brought back to life by the sun, only to rush down to earth and get almost immediately killed by doomsday. Even Wonder Woman appears to be on level with this superman atm

I never implied that at all. All I said was that he blitzes and one-shots Magneto. I never said he was unstoppable. For the record it's spelled "invincible." So much for wasting my time.

@DammeFavour: trust me he's not dead. There's absolutely no other reason the dirt would rise into the air like that at the end of the movie. Unless I can hear a logical explanation.
