I am a bit of a Hellsing expert, weird that I am still not tagged in any of the callout threads.

@cpt_nice: He managed to surprise Tatsumaki with his speed to the point that for a second she couldn't see him, Tatsumaki (supposedly, the feat and calc are very much debatable) has reaction speeds of Mach 1000+, but that's a super outlier for him. Pretty much, he's high hypersonic+ typically (outpacing Genos, Sea King etc).

@just_banter: I wouldn't mind seeing those calcs, but if high hypersonic is average speed for him, this is a mismatch.

Why is it a mismatch if he's high hypersonic? Is Valentine slower then that?

@just_banter: His best feat is (really easily) dodging AR fire, and those bullets are usually in the mach 2 - 3 speed, so it seems unlikely he is mach 10 or higher.

Yeah in that case Sonic wouldn't be a good matchup. In his first appearance he caused multiple sonic booms in one sprint (I counted 4). People seem to think he's not the fastest, and people mach 10 and below can have a good fight with him when that just isn't the case.

Either way the OP changed the match so I guess this is a null discussion now *shrugs*

@just_banter:Yeah, I have not gotten around to OPM yet but in terms of power it seems a good deal above the Hellsing verse.

@impervious: Well, Luke might actually be a good deal faster than this guy, but if you look at his durability feats, some of them are pretty insane. Durability wise he should be city block level, which is WAY above Luke's paygrade.

@impervious Idk if Jojo can tag or react to this guy. Scalling from Kars's speed a case could be made(even without counting those weird LS feats) but i'm not sure.

He can. He was able to see and react to Kars movements after all.

Do you think that Kars's LS feat(blocking a light beam) is legit? or the Jojo one? i'm just curious.

Joseph is FTL. Caesar and he dodged a reflected light beam. Standard gear means his only equipment is Ripple crackers. Ripple doesn't mean anything to any named artificial vampire since they have no weakness to sunlight. However, Joseph can be powerscaled from Jonathan who's stronger than cliff-busting Tarkus, so Luke gets punched to death.
