here is the difference.

1. it was stated in canon that buu is stronger then frieza(iirc it was stated by the supreme kai when eh first meets goku)

2. freiza himself stated he was always told to never fight beerus or he would be destroyed.

3. beerus was shwon to be able to literally one hit destroy characters several times stronger then frieza.

4. same with buu, was able to completely dominate a character who already is serveral times more powerful then frieze was. the same character who killed frieza himself actually.

this is where feats come in. in canon fights we saw Planet < freiza < ssj goku < ssj3 goku < kid/super buu (excluding the spirit bomb) thats were Feats help determine who is stronger when they both have the same feats of planet busting.

no, freiza is stronger than goku super saiyan blue, this was stated many times when they fought. goku still dominated freiza because he was clearly the better fighter and freiza didn't know how to use his powers properly because it was his first time ever going into golden form.

ss3 goku is also stronger than kid/super buu, also stated in the show that goku at full strength could have beaten kid buu but he wanted vegeta to fight so he got tired out on purpose.
