Loki is going to win. Loki has god level magic. This is gonna be a complete slaughter.

Supes ask batman for a magic proof suit. And then he speed blitzes him. Over and over and over again... But for real morals on supes does not win.

Are you serious . How is loki going to win ? Danm Phantom stranger or one those powerful guys can easily make superman Magic proof . If i recall superman can see magical energies . Well these are facts and has been done recently in the new 52 . with that much time. Either can pull a win but i can see superman pulling it off .

I will have to give this to superman . With that much prep and what i have seen recently . Superman can see magical energies and get an upgrade easily to get high defense against magic . If i am not mistaken wasnt this done recently? It would be a tough match up . I am going to give this superman because all in all it will boil down to a brawl.
